NDIDI EDEOGHON, fondly called “Coach Didi, is a highly exposed and seasoned international lawyer, administrator, author, and educator who has lived in several countries and leverages on her international networks. She speaks more than four languages, ranging from French to Romanian.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Ambassadors Initiative for Youth Development and Conflict Resolution, a non-governmental organization that actively promotes good leadership, morality, tolerance, and conflict resolution among youth. 

Her passion for developing global leaders has led her to collaborate with the United Nations and Lagos State, mentoring over 4,000 students in schools and universities through her leadership programs.

She is the CEO of Carmel Academy, a project of the Foundation which runs several programs such as the Youth Ambassadors Initiative (YAI), IDentitization™ program, and Sports Global Ambassadors™ (SGA) program. They are aimed at grooming students to become ambassadors who influence their world positively.

She has worked in premier law firms spanning three continents and has amassed over 27 years of experience in legal practice and the corporate world, including real estate, banking, telecommunications, agriculture, and the oil and gas sector as Company Secretary. She has served as a moderator, animating several events, and is a mentor to those eager to positively impact their generation.

Ndidi is a passionate promoter of ethical leadership and is a speaker and moderator in several conferences and training sessions. She was nominated as the 2025 UNIV Inspire expert to represent Africa for the UNIV Inspire Conference in Rome, where she ran expert sessions for youths from across the world. As a graduate of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance, where she was awarded the 21st Century Leadership Award for Most Outstanding Student, as well as the Best Graduating Female Student, she is untiring in her quest to instill transformational leadership in all spheres of society.

She attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she obtained her first degree in Law and French. She later went ahead to obtain a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM), specializing in International Dispute Resolution, and constantly seeks new avenues to grow in knowledge to effect positive societal transformation.

TUOYO is Chief Growth Officer & Special Projects Lead at Vanguard Media Limited, a 40-year-old legacy media platform & organization.
Having spent the past 18 years working in a range of roles, which have cut across multi-disciplinary spheres, spanning heavy industry in crude oil & gas products trading and maritime services to strategic functions in high-level government relations and C-level management advisory, his current primary focus is on building brands beyond borders, creative sector enterprise & asset optimization, providing transformational leadership, and connecting interests and people.

A Danida Fellow (as the recipient of a media scholarship from The Danish Government in Environmental sustainability & Climate reporting in 2022) and member of senior Pan-African media practitioners, he continues to drive traction in the ESG (Environmental – Social & Governance) sphere across Africa by delivering projects which convene & engage varied stakeholder groups across the impact value chain – from grassroots to policy-makers

Tuoyo is a culture aficionado committed to steering the development of Africa’s creative economies towards strategic transformation and creating greater linkages between culture and ESG for strategic advocacy and amplification in Africa and the world at large.

A keen sportsman, Tuoyo advocates strongly for sports diplomacy and is actively involved in developing and administrating grassroots sports programs in Nigeria in partnerships with UNICEF, Asisat Oshoala Foundation & LaLiga Network Nigeria & Ghana. His professional networks include Grassroots Soccer, NBA Africa leadership, the Lagos State Sports Commission, alongside a number of strategic sport-focused institutions at both Federal & State level in Nigeria.  He obtained his first degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from The University of Surrey, Guildford, and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) – International Marketing focus from the University of Buckingham. He is of dual citizenship (UK & Nigeria) and is a Prince’s Trust alumnus.

MALLAMA HADIZA KING is a seasoned Administrator and Sociologist.

She is an ardent proponent of analytical thinking, family integration, and righteous attitudes, having high standards that have made her stand out in all her endeavors. Her contribution in the agricultural and financial sectors, as well as in the public service as the Director for Women’s Mobilization, has left indelible marks.

OBELE AKINNINRANYE is passionate about the well-being of people, as seen in her active involvement in humanitarian and social organizations. Her passion for law and justice is seen in the several pro bono projects upon which she has embarked.   As a Corporate and Commercial lawyer, a Notary Public, an author and an active member of numerous professional and social organisations and a social worker of many years, Obele has an unrelenting drive to provide solutions to people’s challenges.

She focuses on quality controls, inputs and output processes without ignoring the human perspective.

Her expertise covers Business combination and acquisition, Corporate governance, Information technology law, Corporate Finance and Civil and Criminal Litigation and Artificial Intelligence frameworks.

LARABA S. BONET is a highly innovative and extremely efficient worker, a great team player possessing exceptional Public Relations skills. She is a meticulous individual, a stellar coordinator, and an eloquent speaker, having a great command of English, Hausa, and French.  She carries with her a wealth of experience across diverse fields and spheres. Her versatility and intrinsic motivation accords her the ability to stay committed, functioning in varying capacities, surpassing expectations on every task as the Office Manager for Resident Representation for Nigeria at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Abuja.

She is a democratic leader, promoting collaboration and encouraging teamwork and a stellar facilitator and report writer.  

Her passion and love for children show in her passion towards education and fostering positive change in today’s world through the establishment of medical centers and skills acquisition hubs for women and children in rural communities across Nigeria.

PATRICIA DANZI is an international development professional who has served with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) as a delegate, with increasing responsibilities, in the Balkans, Peru, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Angola, as well as at the Headquarters as a Deputy Head of Operations for the Horn of Africa and as Political Advisor to the Director of Operations before leading the ICRC operations in the Americas and in Africa.

Patricia studied in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Zürich and holds a B.A. degree in agro economy, geography and environmental science.

She did her postgraduate work in development studies in Geneva and speaks seven languages. Born in Switzerland to a Swiss German secondary school teacher and a Nigerian diplomat, she is the eldest of six siblings.

In her student days, she taught mentally challenged children and also spent some time teaching in a township in South Africa just after Nelson Mandela was elected its president. Patricia represented Switzerland at the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in athletics and is the mother of two.

DOROTHY AMAH is an accomplished legal professional with over 30 years of experience spanning both public and private sectors, specializing in human rights, international law, and development. With a strong foundation in legal research, litigation, and policy advocacy, she has held progressive roles at the National Human Rights Commission, including Director Legal for both the Complaints Registry and the Human Rights Institute.

She has been key in promoting its strategic leadership, program development, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building, with notable contributions to national and international human rights initiatives, including collaborations with UNHCR and UNDP on IDP-related projects.

Her rich academic background with degrees in law and international diplomacy and authorship of several key publications on legislative advocacy and foreign investment protection coupled with her multilingual communication skills brings a diverse perspective to our team. Her expertise involves creating training modules for law enforcement, supervising large teams, creating digital complaint systems, and leading thematic programs on refugees and migrants. With a deep commitment to social justice and empowerment, she is passionate about applying her expertise to organizations focused on impactful legal and human rights work.
