Our Services
The Ambassadors Initiative for Youth Development and Conflict Resolution is a non-governmental organization (NGO) born out of the passion to change the world one child at a time. We have several programs that leave indelible marks in the lives of those who partake in them, and we encourage you to partake in our programs detailed below:
LEADERSHIP TRAINING
We run leadership courses in our flagship program, called Model United Nations, in several schools for students from ages 8 to 18 as a co-curricular activity. They go through several modules, which we call IMPACT SESSIONS, which they must pass to certify them as MODEL UN AMBASSADORS.
We also organize such courses in holiday camps during the mid-term break, Easter holidays, or at the end of the school year, coinciding with the long break. We have also launched our Youth Ambassadors Initiative (YAI) Program, which necessitates schools in our fleet entering into a partnership with us to carry out Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) projects. We also provide YAI SDG Toolkits for those who are unable to join our programs under the schools, and we give all an opportunity to join our SDG Challenges, which normally culminate in the celebration of United Nations International Days.
IDENTITIZATION EXPERIENCE
We delve into what it means to be a GLOBAL CITIZEN without losing the essence of one’s identity and take those from age 6 upwards on a journey of tolerance, artistic expression, and conflict resolution.
This program consists of workshops that are focused on rewriting the narrative of African leadership using multi-disciplinary and multi-faceted expressions.
MORALITY TRAINING
Churches have engaged us to offer a series of training sessions to combat the societal decay that is spreading viciously.
We actively participate in Youth Ministries and assist in devising curricula and programs to assist in the positive formulation of those from ages 6 upwards.
We also partner with ICRC to promote their modules stressing compliance with the principles of international humanitarian law which lie at the center of morality.
Life Coaching/ Public Speaking Training
We offer coaching sessions in deliberate processes aimed at leading one to choose the course of action best suited for the individual.
In addition, we equip them to develop public speaking skills and to improve on them in this 6 weeks course.
CONFERENCE ORGANIZATION
We organize youth conferences and events such as the Model United Nations Conferences and mooting competitions.
We do this successfully by leveraging on our broad network of international guest speakers and high profile partners.
